The 20-year-old showed his quality and mental strength with a superb win at the Trophee Hassan II at the weekend, holing three memorable putts to secure victory through a play-off.

He is competing in this week’s tri-sanctioned AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open k and is looking forward to making even more of a mark on the European Tour.

Wang is the second South Korean on ISM’s books, following in the footsteps of last year’s BMW PGA Championship winner Ben An, who was his team-mate in the EurAsia Cup.

He said: “I’m so pleased to be working with International Sports Management. The win in Morocco gets me into a lot of big tournaments and I am really looking forward to what is ahead of me. I’ve got a lot of faith in them to guide me and help me make the right decisions.”

Chandler said: “You could only be impressed by Jeunghun’s performance under such pressure in Morocco. He showed a combination of skill and maturity to get the win.

“The most exciting thing about him is that this is just the start for him. We’ve been working with Jeunghun for a few weeks now and he has a very bright future indeed.”
